We encourage you to register early - registrations will be limited to the number the facility can accommodate efficiently.

Symposium program fee covers admission to platform and poster sessions, as well as on-line proceedings, welcome cocktail, regional seafood Symposium dinner, Tuesday luncheon, and free transportation between hotel and ISMER building.

Early registration fee received before August 5^th 2005:	$400
Late registration fee received after August 5^th 2005	$600
Special registration fee for garduate students and post-doctoral fellows before August 5^th 2005	$250

Al rates are in Canadian dollars and taxes are included.

The details on this form will be encrypted for security reasons. Upon sending a completed form, the amount will be charged to your card. (Visa, Master Card) and your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

Alternatively, you can fax or mail your registration form (pdf) and your check to the corresponding address listed below. Your registration will be completed upon the payment received.

Make checks payable to "UQAR" and referencing "Medicines from the Sea".
A letter confirming registration will be mailed within 14 days after payment is received.
For cancellations received by August 5^th, 2005, registration fee will be refunded, less a 50US$ service fee. No refunds will be made after August 5^th.
