Attendees are expected to present their results and findings at the Symposium, and actively participate in discussion sessions with invited lecturers.

Abstracts addressing isolation and characterisation as well as pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical and nutraceutical applications of molecules and fractions extracted from marine organisms will be favourably considered for poster or oral presentation.

The Symposium organizing committee is responsible for the selection of the most relevant abstracts and the corresponding authors will be invited to prepare either a poster or an oral presentation according to the decision of the committee.
